Stillness, an email metaphor, and Mother Christ

excerpted from the notebooks of Jack Haas

If you invented two email addresses for people you know, and used these addresses to email from one to the other, creating a false dialogue between the two- answering to each one as if it was from the other who never even knew of the first email, and never allowing the deception to be known by either- you would have created a drama that didn't exist, and did. It is the same with the duality of oneness: a drama is created so that no one knows that the reality of the true Self remains hidden. That is, until one becomes indifferent, and ceases to respond.

Stillness. Be still.

The moment you commit to stillness you realize all the forces, both within and external, attempting to prevent you from being still.

Flesh is now holy ground.

I am the Mother.

I am matter, Mater, the Mother.

Amma.

Her.

Amen.

Or is duality essential for the harmony of oneness? As with the yin and yang of the Tao?

Is the clear oneness of Zen too austere for a sustained unity, as in the emptiness of the Zen garden, which may assist one in entering the void, but cannot feed the belly nor soul. Not, that is, until the soul becomes one with the spirit.

Yes then, uncompromising oneness is possible. Duality has no monopoly.

When She becomes the light, the Light alone can sustain.

The Mother is Christed. Christ is the Mother.

The Christ self is one of the final divisions between internal and external. When there is neither inside nor out, what is not Christ, if She is everything?

I am birthing stillness.

I am stillness.
